    Q: What is your return policy?

    Q: How can I qualify for free shipping?

    A: All orders over $100.00 (pre-tax) will receive FREE STANDARD SHIPPING via USPS or UPS. If your order qualifies, this option will automatically show up in the checkout process. 

    Q: What are your shipping + In-Store Pickup options and rates?

    A: Please explore our Shipping + In-Store Pickup page HERE for more details! Weekends and holidays are NOT considered business days, and are excluded from these processing and shipping times. 

     

    Here are our current shipping + In-Store Pickup options:

     

    • In-Store Pick Up: At check-out, you will have the option to select Pick-Up in store at either our Paducah or Murray location.  Pick-Up orders typically take our web department between 1-2 business days to process. You will receive an email when your order is ready to be picked up.

     

    • Standard Shipping (3-5 business days): $7.95 
    1. (FREE if order is over $100.00, pre-tax)
    2.  Orders with Standard Shipping typically take our shipping department between 1-2 business days to process and ship.

  • ***2-3 Day Shipping (2-3 Business Days): $15.00 
  • ***1 Day Shipping (1 Business Day): $35.00 
  • ****Expedited orders placed before 2:00 PM CST will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days, and are excluded from these processing and shipping times. 

     

    Q: What do I do if I receive a defective or incorrect order? 

    A: If you believe that you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise or that we shipped incorrect merchandise, or if you have any questions, concerns please contact us immediately at orders@ribbonchix.com or call us (270) 761-2449 between the hours of 10:00-6:00 Monday-Friday CST. 

    Q: What would I do if I never received my order?

    A: Please email us at orders@ribbonchix.com or call our Shipping Department at (270) 761-2449 as soon as possible so we can work towards a solution.

    Q: How Can I Use A Ribbon Chix Gift Card Or Promo Code?

    A: When you start the checkout process click the button that says add a discount code or a gift card.  Please note: Promotion codes can't be applied toward the purchase of gift cards, sales tax, custom items, or shipping costs.
